The mission of the Society of Condominium and Homeowner Association Evaluation Professionals (schaep), a non-profit organization, is to set and uphold the standards of practice for condominium and homeowner association evaluation professionals. Schaep educates, trains and certifies field verification professionals that utilize the standards set forth by the organization.  

 

Certified Association Evaluation Professionals are trained to properly report on condominium and homeowner associations through a consistent offering of relevant and comprehensive scholastic programs and professional enrichment.
